রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতিঃ
- আপনি যদি আপনার ক্রয়ের সাথে ১০০% সন্তুষ্ট না হন তবে আপনি পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন এবং সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পেতে পারেন বা অন্যটির জন্য পণ্যটি বিনিময় করতে পারেন।
- একটি আইটেম ফেরত/বিনিময়ের অনুরোধ করতে, আপনি এটি পাওয়ার তারিখ থেকে ৭২ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান এক্সচেঞ্জ পণ্য প্রাপ্যতা সাপেক্ষে।
- আপনি যে কোনো পণ্য ফেরত/বিনিময় করবেন তা অবশ্যই একই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে যা আপনি পেয়েছেন এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ের দয়া করে রসিদ রাখুন।
- ওরিসাজের নতুন শর্তে, অপরিবর্তিত, অপরিবর্তিত এবং গ্রাহকের ক্ষতিমুক্ত আইটেম ফেরত বা বিনিময় গ্রহণ করবে।
- ৭২ ঘন্টা পরে একটি অনুরোধ করা হলে আইটেমগুলি বিনিময় বা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
- আপনি যদি একটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আইটেম পেয়ে থাকেন, তাহলে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন এবং আমরা অবিলম্বে সহায়তা প্রদান করব।
- রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য, কোনও আসল শিপিং এবং/অথবা হ্যান্ডলিং চার্জের জন্য কোনও ফেরত বা সমন্বয় করা হবে না।
ওরিসাজের শিপিং চার্জঃ
- চট্টগ্রামের ভিতরেঃ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির সাথে ৬০ টাকা।
- চট্টগ্রামের বাইরেঃ ১০০ টাকা।
ডেলিভারি সাধারণত ২-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়। চট্টগ্রামের বাইরে থেকে আসা সমস্ত ডেলিভারি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে করা হয়। তবে জরুরি অবস্থা বিবেচনা করে ৭ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। যদি এটি এর চেয়ে বেশি সময় নেয় তবে আপনার অর্ডারের অবস্থা সম্পর্কে আমাদের জিজ্ঞাসা করতে দ্বিধা করবেন না। ওরিসাজ কোনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই উপরে উল্লিখিত দামে যেকোনো পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Return & Refund Policy:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
- To request return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Any product you return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- ORISAZ’S will accept the return or exchange of items which are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
- Items will NOT be exchanged or returned if a request is made after 72 hours.
- If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will provide support right away.
- For returns and exchanges, no refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
ORISAZ Shipping Charges:
- Inside Chattogram: BDT 60 with Cash on Delivery.
- Outside Chattogram: BDT 100.
Delivery is generally done in 2-3 business days. All deliveries that are from outside Chattogram is done through Courier Service. But it may take up to 7 days considering the emergency. If it is taking more time than this, do not hesitate to ask us about your order state. Orisaz reserves the right to make any changes to the above-mentioned prices without any prior notice.
